Overview This document describes the management tools and techniques used to conduct the HiBEX (High-g Boost Experiment) Project - a two-year, low budget, full scale field experiment established for the purpose of acquiring basic data on the problems associated with the boost phase of a Hard Point Defense Interceptor vehicle.
